Check your mail – some OPALCO bills delivered late

This month there was a service disruption with the postal service that resulted in several island zip codes receiving their OPALCO bills two weeks behind schedule. This has left some members at risk of penalty fees. It is OPALCO policy if you have paid your bill on time for the last 12 months we can waive the penalty fee.

The other option for OPALCO members is to use SmartHub, our online bill pay system. Not only is it extremely easy way to pay your bill, you can check your electric usage throughout the month, and set up Autopay and never have another penalty fee. Go to https://opalco.smarthub.coop/Login.html# to set up your account or call 360-376-3500.

Bills are due May 7. Contact OPALCO if you have more questions.
