OPALCO MEMBER SATISFACTION SURVEY: CALLS AND EMAILS COMING SOON

we want your feedback

We are working with the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) to survey our members. You may get a call or email to ask some questions about OPALCO. The survey will last about 12 minutes. Your answers will help us to better serve you. The survey participants are randomly selected by NRECA.

Why now? OPALCO routinely surveys the members to keep our customer service top notch. This survey has been planned for more than a year. Check out past survey results online in our Document Library.

Why is NRECA conducting the survey? NRECA is a trusted partner with great expertise in survey tools. They also help us to use past surveys and standardized survey results from our 900 peer cooperatives to measure our progress and find areas for improvement.

How will I know the call or email is legit? NRECA will identify themselves as working with OPALCO for NRECA Market Research Services.

How do you choose who will take the survey? NRECA has a process of random selection to pull an anonymous slice of our membership. The number of members surveyed is based on industry best practices to give us a representional picture of the whole co-op membership.

Can I choose to take the survey? While we can’t specify members who take this survey (it’s random), we are always open to your feedback. Please send your comments or questions to communications@opalco.com.

What if I don’t want to take the survey? No problem. NRECA’s sample size includes room for those who don’t want to participate, or can’t. We’re hoping that with so many of our members staying at home, it will be a breeze to get a good sample.

When can I see the survey results? NRECA will do their magic on the raw data and get results to us over the summer. The results will be shared in board materials (posted online) and then posted online in the Document Library with past survey results. Watch this newsletter for a blurb when they are ready.

Thanks for taking a few minutes to help us continually improve our co-op!
