The OPALCO crews will have to take a brief emergency outage today at 1:00 pm – 1:10 pm in order to move a guy wire that is encroaching on other essential electrical equipment. This outage will affect meters in the stretch between Map Corner and the intersection of Orcas Road and Main Street (near WaFd Bank). This outage will be brief and allows crews to safely address the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.
