NO BOARD MEETING in July. OPALCO is committed to 12 Board Meetings each year. With the Annual Meeting, there are two meetings in May (the second required to review Q1 Financials). In addition, OPALCO is committed to giving staff time to use their vacation days during the less-busy summer period to connect with their families. The board packet takes a lot of staff capacity to produce.
