OPALCO Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation call for an Annual Meeting to held each year. Historically, that meeting is the occasion for the election of new Board members and a report from the General Manager on the health of the cooperative. A quorum of 100 members is required for the meeting, however our engaged membership turns out in droves for that meeting, to eat lunch with you neighboring islanders, hear from the GM, and importantly, and vote (if you haven’t already) and hear the results of the election for the Board of Directors.
