12/10 UPDATE at 7:20 am: The crew has worked to restore all but 11 meters on this outage. There was an underground cable failure that was repaired. They will continue until all the meters are restored.

6:15 am: Crews are on site working to assess the problem and restore it. There is still no estimated restoration time. Stay tuned for details.
