Tea and Talk with Board Member Winnie Adams

OPALCO member owners are invited to meet with OPALCO Board Member Winnie Adams for tea and talking about OPALCO. The talks are an opportunity to meet directly with an OPALCO Board member.
Ms. Adams is hosting two events, the first on Wednesday, March 23rd, 5 – 6:30 PM and a second tea on Thursday, March 24th, 1:30 – 3 PM in the Orcas Island Library meeting room
