When you heat (or cool) your home, it’s important to keep that conditioned air inside – this is done by having good insulation and windows. Each year, OPALCO and the San Juan Islands Conservation District team up to show examples of local homes that use energy in the best ways possible. We’ll be posting the October specifics soon, and in the meantime you can relive previous tours starting with a video about the thermal envelope, featuring Doug Poole from Sage Building Solutions on Lopez Island!
