Summer is here! The summer months can be a time to increase efficiency in your home and keep your power bill low. There are many DIY energy savings that you can take advantage of. Here a few quick and easy ways tips to help save:

1. Dry your clothes outside.

2. Cook outside using your BBQ instead of your oven.

3. If you are not using it, unplug it or turn it off. Unplug appliances or turn off lights when not in use or needed.

4. On sunny days, open your curtains to allow the sun the naturally warm your home without using electricity. And on warmer days, keep them closed to keep the house cool.
