OPALCO is San Juan County’s local member-owned utility cooperative, serving 20+ islands in the archipelago. The co-op is governed by a Board of Directors who set policy, rates, and direction. The OPALCO wholly-owned subsidiary, Rock Island Communications, provides broadband Internet services in San Juan County.
