OPALCO is San Juan County’s local member-owned utility cooperative serving 20+ Islands. The co-op is governed by a Board of Directors who set policy, rates, and direction. OPALCO’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Rock Island Communications, provides broadband Internet services in San Juan County.
