Thank you to the 2,172 members who completed the survey! Please click the image for full survey findings + a copy of the actual survey questions and the narrative comments we received are linked below. We will be available to talk about these results at the County Fair: Aug 13-16.

In a nutshell:

  • 91% of our members are satisfied – or very satisfied with their Co-op
  • 80% feel OPALCO has high integrity
  • only 16% perceive a good potential for energy savings in their homes (although our conservation potential assessment shows us there is much to be gained)
  • only 31% are satisfied with their current Internet services
  • 68% want OPALCO to play a role in providing Internet services
