In a nutshell:

  • 91% of our members are satisfied – or very satisfied with their Co-op
  • 80% feel OPALCO has high integrity
  • only 16% perceive a good potential for energy savings in their homes (although our conservation potential assessment shows us there is much to be gained)
  • only 31% are satisfied with their current Internet services
  • 68% want OPALCO to play a role in providing Internet services
