The purpose of this special meeting will be for the OPALCO Board of Directors to discuss and vote on the Decatur Solar expansion project.

The process that the Board of Directors will follow leading up to this vote is as follows:

Subsequent to a project update and overview at the regular scheduled April Board meeting, staff will open up to public comment. Following public comments, staff will respond to any board member questions or comments. There will be a deliberation period until the vote at the special board meeting on April 21 from 10-11 am.
