Cornelius, se est\u00e1 preparando para jubilarse este oto\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de 12 a\u00f1os de servicio, y la Cooperativa est\u00e1 en buenas manos. OPALCO contrata a los mejores de la industria para servir a nuestros miembros y sigue un plan de sucesi\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gico para prepararse para el futuro. En algunos casos esto resulta en promoci\u00f3n desde dentro. Director General Adjunto <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opalco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/02\/Meet-the-New-GM.pdf\">Foster Hildreth<\/a>, en su noveno a\u00f1o en la cooperativa, asumir\u00e1 el cargo de Gerente General a partir del 1 de septiembre. Este es un momento de transici\u00f3n emocionante y hay una serie de puestos abiertos a medida que cambia el personal y surge el nuevo equipo.<\/p>\n<p>El empleado promedio de OPALCO permanece en la cooperativa durante aproximadamente 12 a\u00f1os y en los \u00faltimos dieciocho meses, nos hemos despedido con cari\u00f1o de Todd Shaner, Superintendente de Operaciones (33 a\u00f1os); Ginny Reagles, Representante de Servicios para Miembros (18 a\u00f1os); Jim Schubert, ingeniero de servicios para miembros (10 a\u00f1os); Rex Stickle, empleado de \u00f3rdenes de trabajo (9 a\u00f1os) \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.opalco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/Retirees-2013-2014.pdf\">ver perfiles<\/a> sobre estos jubilados. Hay otra ronda de jubilados en el horizonte cercano en Ingenier\u00eda, Operaciones y Administraci\u00f3n. Este es un flujo y reflujo natural que OPALCO planea, y tambi\u00e9n es un cambio de guardia significativo.<\/p>\n<p>Para reemplazar a estos jubilados, planificar transiciones futuras y respaldar al nuevo equipo, OPALCO tiene varios puestos vacantes que incluyen: especialista en software, ingeniero de servicios para miembros, contador jefe, t\u00e9cnico GIS y, pr\u00f3ximamente, coordinador de extensi\u00f3n.
