Don Galt, Sr. ha retirado su candidatura para la elecci\u00f3n de la junta directiva del Distrito 1 de OPALCO. "Quiero agradecer a los peticionarios por invitarme a participar en la junta directiva de OPALCO", escribi\u00f3 Galt en un correo electr\u00f3nico.

La elecci\u00f3n de OPALCO est\u00e1 abierta desde el viernes 11 de abril hasta el mediod\u00eda del viernes 2 de mayo. Las boletas electorales y los folletos electorales llegar\u00e1n por correo a principios de la pr\u00f3xima semana. Cada miembro de la cooperativa puede votar en cada elecci\u00f3n de OPALCO, ya sea por correo, en l\u00ednea o en la reuni\u00f3n anual el s\u00e1bado 3 de mayo.
