En reconocimiento al Mes Nacional de Concientizaci\u00f3n sobre la Energ\u00eda, los Asesores de Energ\u00eda de OPALCO se han asociado con bibliotecas locales para presentar una serie de talleres en octubre para ayudar a los miembros a aprender c\u00f3mo reducir el desperdicio de su uso de electricidad y facturas mensuales usando un Kill-a-Watt. metro.<\/p>\n

Hay cargas el\u00e9ctricas fantasmas acechando en todos nuestros hogares, acechando nuestras facturas de electricidad. Camine por su casa por la noche y busque los ojos reveladores: las luces de colores en los cargadores de dispositivos, computadoras, sistemas de juegos y electrodom\u00e9sticos. Estas cargas fantasmas pueden parecer inofensivas, pero pueden aumentar su factura de energ\u00eda.
