La Junta Directiva de OPALCO entreg\u00f3 el premio del Programa Cooperativo de Becas para J\u00f3venes de Nourdine Jensen a cinco estudiantes de secundaria que representan tres islas: Cameron Schuh (Orcas), Me'Tairie Kilpatrick-Boe (San Juan), Paige Carlson (San Juan), Joe O 'Bryant (L\u00f3pez) y Marne' Cook (L\u00f3pez). El ganador de la beca 2011, Connar Smith (San Juan), fue elegido por sus compa\u00f1eros para regresar este a\u00f1o como Director Juvenil.<\/p>\n

Tres de los estudiantes recibir\u00e1n un cheque de beca $500, una vez que se registren para la educaci\u00f3n continua, y todos los estudiantes asistir\u00e1n al campamento de liderazgo Co-op Youth Rally en el College of Idaho, patrocinado por la Idaho Consumer-Owned Utilities Association.
