OPALCO sale de gira con el COFRE DEL TESORO DEL AHORRO ENERG\u00c9TICO<\/strong><\/p>\n

El tesoro de ahorro de energ\u00eda de OPALCO est\u00e1 creciendo con oportunidades nuevas y en expansi\u00f3n para que los miembros ahorren energ\u00eda y dinero a trav\u00e9s de reembolsos, incentivos y educaci\u00f3n. OPALCO ofrece un men\u00fa completo de reembolsos e incentivos de energ\u00eda para electrodom\u00e9sticos, equipos, climatizaci\u00f3n, iluminaci\u00f3n comercial, mejoras de tiendas de comestibles y nuevas construcciones a trav\u00e9s de Bonneville Power Adminstration. Como muestra el Mapa del Tesoro de OPALCO presentado en la reuni\u00f3n anual de mayo, hay m\u00e1s formas que nunca de ahorrar en su factura el\u00e9ctrica mensual y algunas formas nuevas de obtener reembolsos en sus inversiones en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n

Los especialistas en servicios energ\u00e9ticos de OPALCO estar\u00e1n de gira por las islas en junio (ver m\u00e1s abajo) para presentar y explicar las nuevas oportunidades de reembolso. Esta es su oportunidad de aprender de primera mano c\u00f3mo puede ahorrar en sus facturas mensuales y c\u00f3mo puede hacer su parte como miembro de nuestra comunidad isle\u00f1a para mantener las tarifas bajas aumentando la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica de su hogar y negocio. Si todos volvemos m\u00e1s eficientes energ\u00e9ticamente AHORA, podemos limitar el crecimiento de la carga en nuestro sistema el\u00e9ctrico en el futuro cercano, por lo que pronto se nos cobrar\u00e1n tarifas de \u201cNivel 2\u201d m\u00e1s costosas.<\/p>\n

OPALCO tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 trabajando para renovar nuestro programa de interconexi\u00f3n renovable: lo llamamos Programa M\u00c1S (Energ\u00eda Renovable Propiedad de Miembros). El personal de OPALCO revisar\u00e1 el programa de interconexi\u00f3n existente e invitar\u00e1 a nominaciones de miembros de OPALCO a un Comit\u00e9 Directivo M\u00c1S. El Comit\u00e9 Directivo trabajar\u00e1 para desarrollar el nuevo programa, que podr\u00eda financiarse mediante donaciones voluntarias regulares de los miembros, como el Proyecto PAL.<\/p>\n
