\u00a1Los cr\u00e9ditos de capital son la clave para ser miembro de la cooperativa! Como propietario de un miembro, es su parte del pastel.<\/p>\n

Cada mes de junio, despu\u00e9s de nuestra auditor\u00eda financiera, utilizamos el c\u00e1lculo de Pol\u00edtica de servicio para miembros 11<\/a> para determinar la asignaci\u00f3n del cr\u00e9dito de capital de cada miembro. Distribuimos cr\u00e9ditos de capital en un ciclo de 25 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

Aqu\u00ed hay algunas preguntas comunes sobre los cr\u00e9ditos de capital:<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 son los cr\u00e9ditos de capital?<\/strong>
\nLos cr\u00e9ditos de capital representan su propiedad en OPALCO.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 debo hacer si me mudo fuera del condado?<\/strong>
\nMantenga OPALCO actualizado con su direcci\u00f3n actual para que podamos asegurarnos de que pueda obtener su verificaci\u00f3n de cr\u00e9dito de capital cuando sea su turno.<\/p>\n

\u00bfQu\u00e9 sucede cuando un miembro fallece?<\/strong>
\nLos cr\u00e9ditos de capital de un miembro fallecido podr\u00e1n pagarse con descuento sin esperar 25 a\u00f1os. Sin embargo, los pagos del patrimonio no son autom\u00e1ticos. Un representante del patrimonio deber\u00e1 solicitar los cr\u00e9ditos presentando una Solicitud de Retiro de Cr\u00e9ditos de Capital de Fallecido<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 no obtener sus cr\u00e9ditos de capital antes?<\/strong>
\nComo cooperativa propiedad de sus socios, OPALCO no obtiene ganancias. En cambio, los ingresos que exceden el costo de hacer negocios se denominan \u201cm\u00e1rgenes\u201d. Los m\u00e1rgenes representan un pr\u00e9stamo sin intereses para capital operativo otorgado a la cooperativa por los miembros. Estos cr\u00e9ditos de capital se trasladan a lo largo de los a\u00f1os. Los cr\u00e9ditos de capital se devuelven a los miembros de OPALCO cuando las finanzas lo permiten en un ciclo de 25 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n

\u00bfCuando me pagan?<\/strong>
\nCada diciembre distribuimos cheques a los miembros por 25 a\u00f1os antes.<\/p>\n

\nRecibir\u00e1 un cheque por correo a la direcci\u00f3n que tenemos registrada. Es importante que mantenga actualizada su direcci\u00f3n y toda la informaci\u00f3n de su cuenta, incluido qui\u00e9n est\u00e1 afiliado (es decir, debe incluir a todos los c\u00f3nyuges), para que podamos enviarle su dinero.<\/p>\n
