LSJI es un programa de desarrollo profesional que mejora las habilidades de liderazgo espec\u00edficas para problemas que afectan al condado de San Juan.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Enriquecer nuestra comunidad y desarrollar las habilidades de nuestro personal es de lo que se trata nuestra cooperativa&quot;, afirma el gerente general, Foster Hildreth y graduado de LSJI.<\/p>\n<p>Travis Neal, contador jefe de OPALCO, particip\u00f3 en la sesi\u00f3n de 2019. Al final, cada persona trabaja en grupo para dise\u00f1ar un proyecto de servicio en la comunidad. Travis y su cohorte de Orcas eligieron tener un grupo de trabajo en beneficio de Funhouse Commons y Orcas Island Children&#039;s House.<\/p>\n<p>Children&#039;s House es una organizaci\u00f3n cercana al coraz\u00f3n de Travis, ya que es miembro de la junta directiva y tiene dos ni\u00f1os inscritos en los programas de educaci\u00f3n temprana que ofrecen.
