Contratar y retener personal de primer nivel es fundamental para el funcionamiento de los complejos sistemas el\u00e9ctricos y de comunicaciones de OPALCO.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La filosof\u00eda salarial de OPALCO est\u00e1 directamente en l\u00ednea con la red nacional de cooperativas el\u00e9ctricas. Las tarifas salariales de OPALCO son competitivas seg\u00fan las cooperativas de servicios el\u00e9ctricos de la regi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Utilizar tecnolog\u00eda y retener personal altamente talentoso permite a OPALCO mantener niveles de personal estables o m\u00e1s bajos haciendo m\u00e1s con menos. OPALCO ha mantenido un promedio de 50 empleados de tiempo completo (FTE) durante los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os y se prev\u00e9 que este nivel de personal se mantenga constante en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/li>\n<li>OPALCO ha tenido la suerte de atraer y contratar una nueva generaci\u00f3n de personal muy talentosa en puestos clave y debe seguir siendo competitiva para retenerlos en un entorno en el que las empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos de todo el pa\u00eds luchan por encontrar empleados calificados.<\/li>\n<li>Las tarifas salariales de nuestros empleados representados por el sindicato siguen un convenio colectivo, que pasa por su propio proceso de comparaci\u00f3n prescrito cada vez que se renueva el convenio colectivo.<\/li>\n<li>Revisi\u00f3n anual de la junta: cada a\u00f1o, la junta realiza una revisi\u00f3n detallada y exhaustiva de las directivas estrat\u00e9gicas de OPALCO y de qu\u00e9 tan bien el Gerente General (GM) y la organizaci\u00f3n est\u00e1n logrando esas metas.
