OPALCO quiere destacar el talento local"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Si ha llamado a OPALCO \u00faltimamente, habr\u00e1 notado el nuevo sistema telef\u00f3nico. Como ocurre en el resto del mundo, las personas que llaman comienzan con un men\u00fa automatizado y presionan una tecla para obtener lo que buscan. Presione UNO para cortes; presione DOS para hablar con un representante de servicios para miembros de OPALCO. Lo que probablemente no sab\u00edas es que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Para fuera de horario y durante apagones por mucho tiempo, OPALCO contrata con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crc.coop\/CRCweb\/default.aspx\">Centro de respuesta cooperativa<\/a>, una tienda cooperativa hermana que presta servicios a m\u00e1s de 40 cooperativas el\u00e9ctricas rurales en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/li>\n<li>Cada llamada telef\u00f3nica puede ser respondida, si no por el personal de OPALCO, entonces por el centro de despacho 24 horas al d\u00eda, 7 d\u00edas a la semana: no m\u00e1s se\u00f1ales de ocupado ni tel\u00e9fonos apagados durante la gesti\u00f3n de apagones de gran volumen.<\/li>\n<li>Cada vez que alguien informa una interrupci\u00f3n en el sistema telef\u00f3nico, el mapa de interrupciones de OPALCO (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.opalco.com\/es\/cortes\/\">www.opalco.com\/outages<\/a>) se actualiza autom\u00e1ticamente y los equipos pueden predecir m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente d\u00f3nde y qu\u00e9 tan grandes son los eventos de interrupci\u00f3n, acelerando sus tiempos de respuesta y restauraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Los miembros pueden acceder al mismo mapa de cortes que usa nuestro equipo desde sus tel\u00e9fonos inteligentes, o desde cualquier lugar donde tengan acceso a Internet, brind\u00e1ndoles actualizaciones de cortes en tiempo real.<\/li>\n<li>El nuevo sistema est\u00e1 ahorrando dinero a los miembros, lo que se traduce en un menor costo del servicio y reduce futuros aumentos de tarifas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>OPALCO est\u00e1 llamando a m\u00fasicos locales que est\u00e9n dispuestos a compartir su m\u00fasica para nuestro sistema telef\u00f3nico. A OPALCO le gustar\u00eda presentar a un m\u00fasico local cada mes y, a cambio, compartir\u00e1 su perfil y enlaces a su m\u00fasica en nuestro bolet\u00edn mensual.  &quot;Aunque no podemos darnos el lujo de cambiar los beneficios y eficiencias de nuestro nuevo sistema telef\u00f3nico por el antiguo: &#039;sigue llamando hasta que llegues a una persona&#039;&quot;, dijo Suzanne Olson, Administradora de Relaciones P\u00fablicas, &quot;podemos ofrecer servicios familiares voces y resaltar el talento local en la m\u00fasica\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 OPALCO instal\u00f3 un nuevo sistema? El antiguo sistema telef\u00f3nico estaba empezando a fallar.
