Where and How to Pay Your OPALCO and/or CenturyTel Bill

Payment of your electric bill or your CenturyTel phone bill may be made by mail to the address shown on your OPALCO bill or in person at the Eastsound or Friday Harbor offices. We accept credit card (VISA, MasterCard and AMEX) payments, either in person or over the phone for OPALCO payments. Each of our offices has a night drop slot for payments if you happen to stop by outside of our normal office hours.

Check and cash payments are accepted at our payment agencies or you can drop your payment into one of our drop boxes.
