The Board meets the third Thursday of each month (except in May). Board meetings generally begin at 8:30 am at the following locations: Eastsound – OPALCO Office, 183 Mt. Baker Road; Friday Harbor – OPALCO Office, 1034 Guard Street; Lopez – Fire Station, 2228 Fisherman Bay Road.
Board agendas are posted one week ahead of each meeting with confirmation of start time and location.
